In The Trap with FRENZY

RIP Nipsey Hussle – words I find hard to say when we recognise the greatness of such a powerful figure beyond music. Paid tribute to his musical legacy he’s left behind with a few of my favourite releases, old and new, before re-opening the Trap to Hackney born artist Frenzy.

Live with me in the studio, he expresses him combining African culture with London street culture to ultimately paint the perfect picture of who he is, while citing Jay-Z’s The Black Album and Dizzie Rascal’s Boy In The Corner as huge inspirations for being a staple of your “ends” and teaching game.

Aligning with the community driven purpose of Nipsey Hussle’s time on earth, I admirably learned about a Music workshop crash course he has set up, ‘Fast Forward’, offering the youth studio space with free recording, producing and engineering with ongoing mentorship and aid on their future releases. New single ‘Kisses’ featuring Sam Wise and Knucks serves as the lead single from upcoming project Murder Mile.
