RAMRIDDLZ reveals all in a rare interview – from identity building, college days with Jaegen + personal growth

One of music’s most charismatic anomalies Ramriddlz sits down with me for a very rare interview. Developing somewhat of a (female heavy) cult following of guilty pleasure listenership, the Toronto artist reveals the organic journey leading up to this point, from making music “as a joke” with college pals to developing a serious synergy with producer Jaegen who has been behind the jams that are sucking in fans worldwide.

He shares touchy conversations with his parents who are of Arab heritage as well as the growing influence of Dancehall in his life in the midst of that, putting Vybz Kartel and Tommy Lee top of the list! We also find out the not so dark connotations of “Ramreaper”, the latest album, deeply contrasting to his signature “Sweeterman” image we know and love him for!

I must admit, I fell in love with his comic, whacky persona when first discovering his work and was pleasantly surprised at the calm, attentive demeanour in which this insightful conversion took place! Tune in to see for yourselves!
